Happiness has long been a part of human life. However, it is only in recent years when psychologists actually started looking at happiness from an academic standpoint. Now, people want to know how happy we are, what makes us cheerful and how it affects us as a person. That is basically what happiness psychology is all about.

After the flood, I’itoi helped the Creator create the Hohokam, from which the Tohono O’odham are descended and taught the people right from wrong. They lived in harmony for a time, but eventually turned on I’itoi and killed him; his spirit went back to Baboquivari Peak and remains there today. The man represents birth (of individual, of family, of tribe). The turns of the maze are changes in his life.
Write down everything you eat, at what time, and exactly how you feel (this is only for your own use, so be totally honest) before and after you eat. Are you feeling stressed, bored, anxious, angry, fearful or perhaps lonely? Are you worrying about money, your job, your family? Are you in a career or relationship that makes you miserable? Write it all down. Mine this journal for information – what can you change for the better? Who can support you in making these changes?
Arriving at the “bottom”, she opened her eyes, and see everything around her, in her room, no one changed. But there is one major change: she could not feel her inner self! No emotion, no self-feeling, as the center looked around. No more me, a subject, which deal with the object. These demi-gods pervade in the world as cosmic divine power. They are responsible for the balance and control of the cosmos. All these 5 forces are present in the human body and they bestow joy and wealth on this small universe. They are said to be the 5 demi-gods of the 5 sheaths present in an advanced inner world. If we succeed in our spiritual practices pertaining to the 5 sheaths, we attain the boons given by the demi-gods.
