Typically, most people take care of their cars better than they take care of their own body. This is baffling considering the comparative value of our cars vs. our health. If our body breaks down, we cannott replace it with a new one like we can do with a car.

2) Get more sleep. Studies show that the average person in the Western world gets less than 5 hours sleep per night. This is hardly adequate. Our bodies and minds need around 8 hours quality sleep to get the restoration and rejuvenation that is so fundamental to our health and well being. Start by going to bed earlier and allowing yourself time to really unwind and relax about an hour beforehand. For example you get take a nice warm bath and have some chamomile tea.
You should use a medicated shampoo to bathe your dog in, no more than twice a week. I stand at about 5 foot, 9 inches tall and at last weight check on the scale, I weigh 258 pounds. I wear size 16/18 in women’s clothing. I would love to fit into size 12 again just because it is so much easier to find cute and sexy clothing in a size 12. So size 12 is my goal for weight loss and I think with my body shape, I will have to lose at least 35 pounds to be that size again. If memory serves me correctly, I received just as many compliments at that size, so that’s my goal.
