The first thing that you do is to make sure that you thank the employer for their job offer. You can find ways to thank the employer in How to Accept/Reject a Job Offer. While you are negotiating your contract ask to be put in touch with current or past teachers. If a school refuses to put you in contact with their teachers, that’s not a good sign. Move on to the next school. You should find out the answers to these basic questions before signing your contract.
A new role is very exciting, with fresh new faces and often a new office. However busy things get, it is vital to create thinking time. Step back and make sure you allocate time to think, whether it is listening to your I-pod, walking or working out in the gym.

In this passage Paul and Barnabas went to the new churches, comforting and encouraging them concerning the trials and troubles that they were having and exhorting them to hang in there and keep the faith. They identified the Kingdom as obedience to God, and told them that the Kingdom of God could only be entered by undergoing much tribulation. Here the undergoing of tribulation is identified as being a present experience.
Ok… I realise a lot of you reading this are thinking to yourself…..” But I don’t want to be a body builder”. You don’t have to become a “Body Builder” but you do have to train like one to obtain any commendable goals, e.g: body fat loss, increase in lean muscle etc. One could argue that anyone who trains with weights is a body builder, just the levels vary, just like in any other sport, if you train football 2-3 times a week then you are a footballer, maybe an amateur one, but you’re still a footballer.
The only way to arrest this shift is through a whole raft of other measures, the most unpopular of which will be taxing foods on the basis of the energy they contain. After all, the biggest threat to our health now is no longer smoking, it is that we eat too much. This will no doubt raise even more fervent opposition than my mother faced at my 5th birthday party. Astronomical excise taxes are now normal for cigarettes, and have played a huge part in getting smoking rates down in this country. A similar approach with fatty and sugary food is only a matter of time.
